Happy New Year Eve (BYE 2017, HELLO 2018)

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”- Romans 8:28

Today is a bittersweet feeling. One chapter ends and a new one begins! Bye 2017 and hello 2018!

Looking back on all that happened this year, I can see through normal sight all the changes. My spiritual eyes can see all that is about to come! Glory to God for all His works today, always, and for those that are yet to come this new year. Yes the year is ending today but God is not ending what He began in you this year. What He started this year He will continue with next year and mold it to flourish! What He begins He ends but in His timing! So yes we could say bye to this year but don’t let go of what God started this year, just because your starting a new year!

This year probably wasn’t the best one for you or maybe it was, but how great is our Lord; that all bad He has made good! Just like the verse above saids, all things work out according to His purpose! No one likes going through the process and maybe this years was all about your process. However this new year could bring you closer to your destination! Your promise land is near, don’t be like the Israelites and drag out your promises because your lack of patiences. Believe that this is your year and that God is going to step in and govern your life more than what He did this year! The Lord is preparing you at this moment for what is yet to come! Don’t be like these social media friends who believe because its a new year its a new them. We know that we can only be new when we walk with the Lord and decide to live according to the truth and the renewing of our mind! If you want a new year and new you, than give your life to the one that can refresh you and make you brand new!

I’m beyond grateful for all that this year has brought to my life good and bad. I’m thankful for all of you that took the leap of faith and followed this blog. I’m grateful for this environment that God has allowed me to have through this blog. It’s mind blowing how many people I have met from all around the world, because of this blog! I pray that this year brings more clarifying moments. I pray that the Lord’s presences reigns heavier this coming year than what He did this year. I pray that what He has begun He will end. I pray that you all could enjoy the journey and process and all that it brings. I pray that you can see the good in everything this coming new. I pray that the enemy may have no say or put on anything that the Lord has for you. I rebuke anything that the enemy is trying to withhold from you. I pray in the name of Jesus that your mind, soul, and spirit is marked by God! That your mind, spirit, and soul move according to the Lord and only His voice. I pray in the name of Jesus that this year all the chains that have you hostage break and disappear from the earth. I pray that this new you all can have an encounter with the Lord and see that everything you have believed in until now, is worth believing and trusting in. I pray that you all can continue this good race and help one another through this walk. I pray that we all can have a spirit that could pray for one another always, and not speak negative about one another. I pray that God keeps being who He is and shows us His favor and grace for His church and bride. I pray for coverage for you all. That everywhere you go, you can speak and show that Jesus is within you. I cover us all with the blood of the lamb that no weapon form against us will prosper this coming year. That wherever we step the light of the Lord will guide us, protect us, cover us, save us, and win all the victories that belong strictly to the Lord. I love you all brothers and sisters! Thank you all for your support from gracefully undone this year. Thank you for all your encouragement and feedback. I appreciate it all and super grateful. I can’t wait for the new year to continue hearing from you all.

Blessing!

Soul Food Saturday 12/30/17

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” ~ Hebrews 11:1 NIV

Let’s start from today ! End the year and begin it with your faith in action !!! Faith is one of those things that is hard to hold on to because it’s unseen. However just because it’s unseen doesn’t mean it’s not there at all. Love, hope, patiences, happiness and everything else is right next to your future “yes”. It’s next to your “I believe” moment. It’s unseen yet there’s no denying the feeling that it’s real !

Faith takes a lot of dedication to believe and hold on to but worth trying your very best. Faith is what moves mountains that seem impossible now. Faith is you declaring and provoking what you will one day see! Faith is declaring that you have a God that will supply at any moment! Faith is part of our identity! You can’t say you love the Lord and serve Him whole heartedly if you don’t have faith! Faith is equal to praying! They go hand and hand!

Be bold and have faith this coming year! Any progress is progress! Even if it’s a mustard seed. That mustard seed will grow !!! In faith that seed will grow !!!!!

Blessings!

Friday’s Fix 12/29/17

“And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” – 2 Corinthians 12:9

It’s Friday and that means many could find rest! Isn’t that crazy how many people wait for the weekend to find rest ? Didn’t our Lord tell us that He will renew our strength and give rest to the burden? This post isn’t to remind you what day it is and that you could finally sleep in. This post is to tell you that you should be finding rest everyday of the week. Cast your burdens on the Lord. Give the Lord full control over things. He wants you to depend on Him, so why are we trying to be independent from Him? We truly can’t handle life without Him. Treat the father like a real Father. Run to Him, talk to him, ask for help, cry, scream; be His child!

Everything starts with a renewed mind! Remember when you accepted the Lord and decided to get baptized, you entered a new life. You can’t start a new relationship with the Lord with your old mentally. Come how you are to Him, exactly how He sees you everyday. However come to Him with expectations of change, and rapid improvement on your perspective about life. The Lord is the only one that can change anything. He can change you, your love one, your work, church, children, business, family, and etc. He is the one who is able to change everything. If you need to take this day to unwind, do it. However don’t take the whole weekend to be lazy. If you wait for the weekend to be lazy, speak to the Lord to change your lifestyle for you can find joy in working everything. It doesn’t mean working your 9 to 5, but working on yourself for God’s kingdom.

Everyday of the week comes from the Lord. It all belongs to Him. Allow Him to lead your days. When the Lord takes over, everything falls into place, and the moments fly by! He will lift you up in your weakness and become strong for you. His strength is made perfect in our moments of need. His grace is enough to run and work a whole week !

Blessings!

Thursday’s Truth 12/28/17

This last month I been feeling like the Lord has been shifting a lot of things within my personal life and also His church. He has been changing my perspective on the way I saw many things recently. Just last month I wasn’t thinking this way, but when we hear the Lord speak and listen; everything can literally change from one day to another. There’s many things I pray I wish I was able to do but understand that I don’t have the luxury to do it. What I mean by that is I have a family. I’m a mother of 2 small children and a wife and something as beautiful like missionary work is something I will need to pray really hard about. Why I say this? Most missionary work are very time consuming and could involve a lot of financial support; that a mother of two probably can’t afford in either money or time. Missionary work has always had a place in my heart and God reminded me again how I can still love it as much as I do in the season I’m in at the moment. I might not be able to go on trips or afford to physically go myself, but I love it enough to invest on those who can go at the moment until God opens the doors for me to go myself. Financially I can help someone and be part of others journey and experience missionary work from afar. Missionary stories are always touching and even life changing, so for right now Im happy that the Lord has given me a job to help others go and spend the gospel and be part of it in some way.

What I’m trying to say with all this? Many times we have these desires in God’s kingdom that we can’t do at the moment. Our hearts desire it and we have a passion for it but our season just hasn’t open that door up for us. However if God has put something in your heart for His kingdom don’t let it go just because its not you physically going and doing it. Support what the Lord has placed in your heart until it’s you doing it. You will reap what you sow, it’s a promise He made us all. Even if its something small like picking up people and taking them to service. Maybe God has called you to be a pastor but hasn’t open the doors to the building in which you will establish your own congregation. However you being as supportive as you can to your current pastor will teach you everything you need when its your turn to run toward it. You need to invest in what you have been called into, even if it’s not your turn to work within it. Like the example of the transporter picking up people to take to church; that process will teach you how to fellowship and built relationship. That process will show you what city and location is in need of a temple. Invest in where God has called you to, even if its not your turn.

The best Christmas gift I could have ever gotten this year was supporting those that have similar callings. Seeing how much they were able to impact and bring joy, peace and love; made me have to cry in the presence of the Lord. I had to let tears flow out of me because I have seen how much my little bit contribute to a big amount , in order to give and help spread the news. The Lord remains us in Hebrews 6:10 that “God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you helped his people and continue to help them.” Whatever God has called you to , you will one day be doing it. FOR YOU WERE CALLED AND MUST FULFILL IT! In John 20:21 Jesus repeats and remains us “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” YOU WILL BE SEND WHEN GOD BELIEVES IT’S YOUR TURN TO GO! During the mean time work in what you can do. In Matthew 9:37 Jesus remains his disciples “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.” Work! Don’t believe the enemy when he tells you something is too far or too much, so there’s no point in investing! He’s a liar and if God said it, He will do it! Begin today and be joyful! Understand that you’re part of a huge movement that couldn’t move if it wasn’t for your support! Support today and invest today, for one day people will support and invest in you. God knows all our desires and works in mysteries ways. BELIEVE IN HIM! BE STILL AND KNOW THAT HE IS GOD. THE SAME GOD THAT HEARS YOUR PRAYERS WILL ANSWER THEM ONE DAY SOON! WHATEVER YOU DO IN THE LORD’S PRESENCES WILL NEVER BE TAKEN IN VAIN.

Blessings brothers and sisters!

Wednesday Worship 12/27/17

Who are you trying to glorify ?

“You have searched me, Lord, and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. Before a word is on my tongue you, Lord, know it completely. You hem me in behind and before, and you lay your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain. Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,” even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you. For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.” ~ Psalm 139:1-16 NIV

Wouldn’t it be easier to please the one who sees everything, and not the one who can’t see everything ? Doesn’t that sound less stressful ?! That’s the way it should be! Your life should glorify the one who is in charge of judging it! Some advice, or feedback shouldn’t change your focus away from the one your trying to reach. Which brings us back to asking the Lord for discernment! Ask the Lord for discernment! Having discernment helps eliminate a lot of distractions. There is always going to be distractions during this walk, and yes many of them can be within your own congregation/ ministry/ friends/ family. Knowing the difference of what to take serious or bush off is very important! So begin to please the one who sees EVERYTHING, at every second of your life!

Below is another favorite of mines! The song is called “You Know Me” by Bethel Worship. I hope you all are blessed by theses lyrics !

“You Know Me”

“You have been and You will be

You have seen and You will see

You know when I rise and when I fall

When I come or go You see it all

You hung the stars and you move the sea

And still You know me

Whoa oh oh oh oh oh oh

oh oh oh You know me [repeat]

Nothing is hidden from Your sight

Wherever I go, You find me

You know every detail of my life

You are God and You don’t miss a thing

You memorize me”

Blessings !

Translation Tuesdays 12/26/17

No somos perfectos y nunca no vamos hacer!

Bendiciones!

Merry Christmas 🎁

Merry Christmas everyone!!!! I hope today has been nothing but a blessing, and another year another moment where you can be together with your family or with your love ones. Today is a beautiful day and beautiful reminder, of everything that our Lord is about and have done until this exact moment. I pray for many blessings over your life and many new beginnings as well. Our Jesus is more alive than ever.

I know many have already been spending time with your family. I know many has already open all your gifts today as well. Taken many pictures. Also have eaten as much as you possibly can today. And even played Santa to all your children, nieces, uncles, or grandkids. Let’s remember the best gift we have it’s not under our tree but was given to us many many years ago. Let’s remember that we have the Christmas spirit all year round and not just this one day. For our Lord has blessed us with many gifts every single day. He has blessed us with the gift of salvation, new opportunities, a new sunrise, a new moon rise, new air, a new chance, and a renewal of ourselves every single moment that we breathe. Merry Christmas to us!!!! We are beyond blessed to have a Lord that gives every single day and not just once a year.

Now that the holidays are soon ending, let’s give thanks for what this year has given us so far! Let’s begin to think about what the new year is going to be all about. Yes write a list of goals to the one that can actually give us everything on the list. We don’t have Santa but we have a God who loves to supply! Let’s write all these goals that we are going to achieve in the name of Jesus. Let’s end the year with a bang having Jesus at the center of it all and let’s start the year with a big HOORAY having Jesus still in control of it all!

This year for me has been a year of new things, a lot of old things, and most importantly God really taking control in my life. My biggest desire is to end this year with my Lord and start it with my Lord. For everything that I have up to this point has been all because of Him! Just this blog alone, belongs to my Lord! For He has taken away every fear that was within me, and given me a new courage to share the love that I have for writing, with all of you guys who are reading this right now. I’m not lucky, I’m blessed! The same way how He blessed me this year, He has also blessed all of you guys! I hope you guys had a wonderful week and holiday, and can still remain in a praise spirit toward our Lord today and always!

Below I will share some lyrics of my favorite song to sing to the Lord. I hope you all enjoy it, and that it can become one of your favorites too!

Blessings!

“Your Presence is Heaven to Me” by Israel Houghton

“Who is like You Lord in all the earth?

Matchless love and beauty, endless worth

Nothing in this world can satisfy

‘Cause Jesus You’re the cup that won’t run dry

Your presence is heaven to me

Oh God, Your presence is heaven to me

You are the treasure of my heart

Treasure of my heart and of my soul

In my weakness you are merciful

Redeemer of my past and present wrongs

Holder of my future days to come

Your presence is heaven to me

Your presence is heaven to me

God, Your presence is heaven to me

There’s nothing like Your presence

Your presence is heaven to me

So we sing

Oh Jesus, oh Jesus

Your presence is heaven to me

Oh Jesus, oh Jesus

Your presence is heaven to me

Nothing like your presence

All my days on earth I will await

The moment that I see You face to face

Nothing in this world can satisfy

‘Cause Jesus You’re the cup that won’t run dry

Nothing

Nothing in this world can satisfy

Oh Jesus

‘Cause Jesus You’re the cup that won’t run dry

Jesus You’re the cup that won’t run dry

Your presence is heaven to me

Your presence is heaven to me

Your presence is heaven to me

There’s nothing like Your presence

There’s nothing like Your presence

Your presence is heaven to me

To me

To me

Oh, to me

To me

To me

So we sing

Oh Jesus, oh Jesus

Your presence is heaven to me

Oh Jesus, oh Jesus

Your presence is heaven to me

With our hearts we sing

Oh Jesus, oh Jesus

Your presence is heaven to me

Oh Jesus, oh Jesus

Your presence is heaven to me

Your presence is heaven to me

Sing oh Jesus

Oh Jesus, oh Jesus

Your presence is heaven to me

Oh Jesus, oh Jesus

Your presence is heaven to me

Your presence is heaven to me

Your presence is heaven to me”
