Wednesday Worship 1/10/18

We are in times were speaking has become a form of rebellious. Many have just stayed silent because they get more help. Those who speak get punished. It amazes me that todays society rather hear and support lies than the truth. But for those who are called to speak; please speak. It’s unfair in many ways when you don’t voice what God has given you. When we rebel against God we see his wrath! When we keep things to ourselves we steal other people’s blessings or guidance. What we could have avoided now we have to live through because we didn’t speak. So like the verse above saids; keep on speaking. Doing what God sends us to do is a form of worship and obedience. You could think your doing everything good but if you are not speaking what He is putting in you; that’s you being disobedient.

Below is a song that speaks about voicing the voice of God within you! That many times we fear but truly have nothing to fear.

“The Voyage”

Speak, even if your voice is trembling

Please, you’ve been quiet for so long

Believe, it’ll be worth the risk you’re taking

You’re afraid, but you can hear adventure calling

There’s a rush of adrenaline to your bones

What you make of this moment changes everything

What if the path you choose becomes a road

The ground you take becomes a home

The wind is high, but the pressure’s off

I’ll send the rain wherever we end up, wherever we end up

Set your sights, sailing far beyond familiar

In the rising tide, you’ll find the rhythm of your heart

And lift your head, now the wind and waves don’t matter

I am the wind in your sails

I am the wind in your sails

I am the wind in your sails

Blessings!

So, question. How do you approach sharing the Gospel and refraining from being silent?

      2. I personally try my best to share my testimony. I share it verbally and through expression. How I carry myself daily speaks volumes of who God is to me and what He has done. Through our callings and talents we proclaim the gospel. The more we do it the more we break the chains of feeling nervous, shy or fear. He will fill our mouths when we need to speak. This all works for me and of course this blog!

  4. We are called as Christians to speak boldly and without fear. We can’t let Satan win the upper hand by being afraid to open our mouths to speak truth. Thank you for reminding us with this important message.

    1. We all could use this reminder! The Lord knows I need reminder because i’s so easy to fall into the trap of this world and stay silence as a form of protection. But we are not called to stay silent but speak truth to everyone we can.
